It is stated by Rodney Collin that the planet "Uranus"

Has a large influence upon the way the sexes Display to each other.

Uranus has a Rotation 60 degrees to the Ecliptic.

This means that first One Pole and 42 years later the Other is pointing very Much towards the Earth.
